Companions in C.A.R.E. is a 6-week dementia care-partner support and education series designed to support those caring for a loved one living with dementia.
These free sessions begin with one hour of educational learning about dementia, followed by one hour of open discussion and peer support guided by experienced facilitators, running Thursday evenings from 6-8pm
