Sibling Workshops
Sibling Workshops offer both recreational and therapeutic activities for children/youth aged 6-13 that have a sibling with special needs. These workshops are planned and facilitated in partnership with Community Living London, Kids country Club, and the Paediatric Family Resource Centre at LHSC. There is no cost for the workshops Sibshop Activities: Teen Mentorship opportunities supporting younger siblings. Mindfulness activities and discussions. Structured and unstructured gym time Outdoor activities We have a Summer Fun day with a BBQ, outdoor activities and pool time. Activity Night Runs in 6 week sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Program staff facilitate a variety of leisure activities both on-site and in the community. PA Day Camp - Upcoming Sessions
PA Days provide a full day of engaging activities, games, crafts, and outdoor adventures designed to keep teens active, involved, and excited to learn. Our experienced staff create a safe and welcoming environment, offering a variety of activities throughout the village, including gym sports, crafts, games, and access to our Snoezelen and games rooms. Programs are tailored to participants’ interests and offer meaningful opportunities to connect with peers and build new friendships. Companions in C.A.R.E - September 10th to October 15th Session
Companions in C.A.R.E. is a 6-week dementia care-partner support and education series designed to support those caring for a loved one living with dementia. Saturday Hangouts - Fall/Winter Sessions
Fun, Creativity, and Community Saturday Hangouts brings adults 18+ together for engaging activities, social connection, and a lot of fun! Each session offers opportunities to make friends, learn new skills, and enjoy creative or recreational activities on the beautiful London Village property. Saturday Hangouts is a recreational program that focuses on peer connections and fun. Upcoming 2026 Saturday Hangout Sessions: Saturday, October 10 – Now that the fall is upon us, let get ready for Thanksgiving! This afternoon we will do a few Thanksgiving themed crafts, as well as play a few games. We will spend some time discussing all the great things that make us Thankful. Saturday, October 24 – Bring your best friendly competitive face for Games Day!! We will have a variety of games for all levels and interests. Saturday, November 7 – Movie Day – We haven’t had one in a while, join us for our very own theatre experience ala Saturday Hangouts. Please wear something comfortable, feel free to bring a pillow and blanket as we watch something fun together. Saturday, November 21 – As we head into the holiday season, we will start a special craft that we will finish in the Dec session. Saturday, December 12 – Join us for our Christmas Celebration. We will be finishing a craft we started last session for keeping or gifting. We will also be making cards, and easy crafts to take home. Program Details Time: This three-hour program runs bi-weekly on Saturdays from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Cost: $40 (Payment is required upon arrival in cash, cheque, or through direct billing. To Register: Call Kara Walls at 519-455-4810 ext. 325 Note: We are unable to provide one-to-one support/supervision for participants. If this type of assistance is required to participate in certain activities, a support person must accompany him/her. For more information, please refer to the Saturday Hangouts flyer attached.
